To expedite your request, please share your order confirmation number, if available. We do get busy from time to time, but we always strive to get back to you within 2 business days!

Our Shipping Policy

When to Expect Your Order

Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24-hour payment processing period. Once we process your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation to the email you provided us. Shipments normally arrive within 4-6 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order is shipped, the tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.

Please note: During peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to ship your order.

Our Return Policy

We are happy to accept merchandise purchased from our web site at Dollar 2 Million within 30 days of purchase. Full refunds for defective or wrong item including shipping costs.  If the return is non-defective than we will charge a 20% restocking fee.

Please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on either your original online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package.

If your product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We are happy to issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item with a credit made to your original method of payment.

Please note: We are unable to refund return shipping fees.
